Wednesday, October 28th from 10am – 3pm. All first responders invited include: firefighters, law enforcement, EMTs, paramedics, doctors, nurses, park superintendents, conservation officers, military, and sanitation workers.
Each Responder group will be given a designated campsite. Each campsite will be asked to decorate it in accordance with Halloween. People are free to dress up in costumes and walk campsite to campsite. From 10AM – 3PM the public will be invited out to meet and greet with all first responders to discuss their day to day operations and give thanks to the cause. Juniors and Seniors from local high schools will be invited out to see and discuss potential opportunities being a First Responder can bring.
This event will be conducted in a safe manor in accordance with Covid-19 rules and guidelines.
First Responder’s Chili Cook Off — 3pm – 6pm The winning traveling trophy will be awarded to the winning team. At 6PM people can enjoy chili and listen for the winning teams.
