Kolach Days Rib Cookoff, Saturday, June 10th in Verdigre!  To participate in the rib cookoff you must be registered by June 1st, cooking starts at 8:00 a.m. and a $50 entry fee.   To pre-register call Jon Hansen at 402-640-6792 or Kevin Jundt at 402-750-7803.  Serving ribs to the public starts at 5:00 p.m. until gone on the west side of the Verdigre Fire Department.  Following the cookoff enjoy music by Kenny K and the Dead Cowboys from 7:00 – 11:00 p.m. at the Verdigre Fire Hall, FREE WILL OFFERING!!
