Verdigre says “Vesely Vanoce” or Merry Christmas in Czech!  The Verdigre Vanoce committee kicks off the day with vendors, entertainment, and door prizes at the Verdigre Public School at 12:00 noon.  The Verdigre Music Boosters will start serving chili, chicken noodle, Czech Koprava, and Czech Goulash soups along with sandwiches and desserts at the Verdigre Methodist Church 4:30 until gone.  The lighted Parade will start at 6:30 and 7:00 Angie Kriz and the Polkatoons will play at the ZCBJ Hall.  The Winter Royalty Couple will be crowned at 9:00pm during the dance.
